FAQ's

There are a few things you should know before you get your tattoo.
Read over our tattoo process below and if you still have questions please contact us.

1. First you need to have some ideas to go over with one of our artists.  Once you do, you should come into our studio so that you can meet with an artist and discuss your ideas, let them design it, then come back to get tattooed.  Any design changes that you agree upon will be made for the appointment.

2. You would leave a £20 deposit, which is deducted from your final tattoo price.  It will be refunded up to 48 hours prior to your appointment, after 48 hours it is non refundable.

3. Any estimate your given is a guess.  We don't know your skin type (which effects time) and how well you sit whilst we are tattooing you.  We try to be as accurate as possible but like a dentist or mechanic things can change once you get started so please keep that in mind.

4. The day of your appointment eat a good meal - it effects how you deal with the experience. Get a good night's sleep.

5. Arrive 10 minutes early to look over design, if needed. Please do NOT be late as this then throws other appointments out that are in after you.

6. Your artist will prepare for your session.

7. Once in the room the tattoo location will be disinfected and prepared.

8. Your artist will take his prepared stencil and position it on your body, once location is decided he will place it on for you to see and agree to it.

9. Gloves are then put on and all equipment for you will be opened and set out.

10. Your artist will then do the outline of the tattoo - if you need a break at any time let us know. When done it will be wiped down for you to see.

11. Then you reach the coloring / shading portion of your appointment.

12. Once complete, the tattooed area is cleaned (larger pieces will take more than one session), a healing ointment is applied and then a bandage is put on to protect the tattoo.
Some bandages stay on until the following day, to prevent your tattoo from sticking to the sheets during the night and to keep all contaminants out.

13. Needles are broken and put in a Sharp container in front of you, items from the room are disposed of after your appointment, the room is cleaned, mopped and reset for the next client.
